PRODUCT ORDERING

HOW DO I ORDER PRODUCTS FROM NATURA?
By telephone: 01507 608828. Have your debit/credit card details to hand. We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Maestro and American Express.

By post: Send your order with a cheque and postage (where applicable) (made
payable to 'Natura') and post to Natura, 13 Queen  Street, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 9AU.

Online: Via our Secure Server (SSL) and enter your debit/credit
card details.
To order products online, simply add the desired quantity to the quantity box and click onto the ‘add to basket’ button for each item you wish to purchase. You are then taken to your shopping basket where you can alter item amounts, delete items, continue shopping for more items or go to checkout. If you choose to checkout, you will then be asked to complete the form for your delivery details and payment card details. When you have filled in the form, checking all details are correct, you finish by clicking on 'place an order'.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
All UK orders OVER £60.00 are sent out post-free.
UK Orders are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (which must be signed for) and the cost will depend upon the weight of the package - see chart below.

Overseas orders will be quoted separately.

HOW LONG WILL THE ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
If the items are in stock, we will despatch them within twenty-four hours. Your items should be delivered within three working days but no later than seven working days. If after this time your goods have not arrived, please contact us. If any items are out of stock, we will inform you via e-mail and if you wish, place the items on back order, to be despatched as soon as we have them. Payment will not be taken until items have been despatched.



HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
(a) Damaged / Incorrect Items
Please inform us of any damaged or incorrect items by phone or e-mail as soon as you receive them. Return the items to us with the original delivery note and we will replace or refund the goods within seven days. Should you need to return any items, please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate and ensure the items are securely wrapped.

(b) Cancellations
If you receive items that are neither damaged nor incorrect but you have decided you do not want them, please return them to us in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition, you will then receive a full refund within seven days. You must obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate and ensure the items are securely wrapped. Please note that postage will not be reimbursed for cancelled items.
