Natura is a small family concern, run by founders Cathy Wattam and her Mum Pru, who offer helpful and friendly advice on chemical-free skin care, health issues and natural healing.

Cathy began her career as a Registered General Nurse, qualifying in 1994 and working for ten years in a Hospice in Lancashire, providing nursing care for patients with life-threatening illnesses. During her time at the Hospice, she developed a keen interest in Natural Medicine and Complementary Therapies. She studied Advanced Aromatherapy and Levels One and Two in the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing and continued to research various forms of natural healing. This was when her interest in natural and chemical-free products began.

After moving to Lincolnshire, Cathy set about looking for chemical-free baby products in the local area (in readiness for her first child) but found difficulty in locating truly natural and organic products. Many products stated they were natural but actually contained harmful synthetic chemicals and often didn't have any natural substances in them at all.

Thus, Natura was born - a haven for organic, truly natural, chemical-free products for skin, hair, body and the home, natural medicines, supplements and homeopathic remedies.

At the Natura premises, Cathy also offers various health screening facilities, including Food Intolerance Testing, NES Professional Full Body Biophysics Health Screening, Electro-Dermal Health Screening, Nutritional advice and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Aromatherapy, Massage, EFT and Reiki are available on a mobile basis.
